The body works hard to get rid of toxins, try avoid putting any toxins into your body in the following 72 hours after treatment so your body can focus on removing the damaged fat cells and not have the extra toxins to remove aswel.

- Drink at least 2-3 liters of water daily for the next 72 hours to help flush toxins and the damaged fat cells from your body.
Maintain a Healthy Diet
- Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and alcohol for at least 48 hours post-treatment.
- Incorporate lean proteins, fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to support your body’s natural processes.
Stay Active
- Light exercise, such as walking, can help boost circulation and lymphatic drainage.
- 30 minutes of cardio or a sauna in the following 24 hours of your treatment will help with your results.
Lymphatic Drainage

Avoid Toxins
- Refrain from smoking and alcohol consumption for at least 48 hours post-treatment to allow your body to recover optimally.
