Brow Lamination Aftercare
Aftercare for brow laminations are crucial to ensure the best results and maintain the health of your eyebrows.
After 48 hours start using the aftercare serum you receive with your lamination, This serum penetrates the hairs to rehydrate & nourish them, the oils in your serum promote hair growth as a added benefit so your aftercare serum is great for you to use over the 8 weeks to maintain good brow health.
Please follow these aftercare instructions for the best results.
Keep brows dry for the first 24 hours: Avoid getting your eyebrows wet or applying any products immediately after the treatment. This allows the solution to set properly.
Avoid touching or rubbing your eyebrows: Especially in the first 24 hours, try not to touch or rub your eyebrows as this can interfere with the lamination process.
Do not apply makeup to your eyebrows: Avoid applying makeup, creams, or lotions directly on your eyebrows for at least 24 hours post-treatment. This includes eyebrow pencils, powders, and gels.
Brush your eyebrows daily: To keep your brows looking neat and in place, gently brush them into the desired shape once or twice a day using a clean spoolie brush.
Be cautious with skincare products: When cleansing your face, avoid direct contact with your brows and use gentle, non-oily cleansers around the brow area.
Book in for a 4 week maintenance stain & tidy: Most clients come in for a half way stain and tidy to refresh and restain the brows. I will put on a conditioning mask for my brow lamination clients at their half way appointments to add a extra layer of nourishing to the brows.
Monitor for any adverse reactions: If you experience any unusual redness, itching, swelling, or irritation after the treatment, please contact me or a healthcare professional. Unfortunately I cannot control if your skin reacts to the chemicals, I suggest to apply Aloe vera and take anti histamines to avoid any further reactions. Reach out if you experience any discomfort.
